摘 要:目的研究使用卷钢托架在集装箱内系固卷钢,以提高运输效率与安全性,并降低运输成本。方法在青岛港至孟买港班轮货运航线上使用卷钢托架在集装箱内系固卷钢,进行了2个航次的运输实验。2次运输实验程中所使用的卷钢规格不同,集装箱在船上装载的位置也不相同。结果通过实验得出在2个航次中使用卷钢托架的总成本为3915.11元,装、拆箱总作业时间为123 h,装拆箱总用工人数为8人。2个航次中使用卷钢托架的总成本低于使用普通系固工艺的成本。结论卷钢托架的使用降低了运输成本,提高了运输效率与可靠性。In order to improve the efficiency and safety of transportation and to cut the transportation cost,we studied the application of steel coil pallet in container transportation. Steel coil pallet was tested to fix steel coils in containers that were shipped from Qingdao port to Mumbai port in two voyages. Different specifications of coils were used in the tests.Containers were loaded in different positions in the ship in two voyages. In the two voyages the total cost of the application of steel coil pallet was 3915.11 Yuan,the total loading and unloading time was 123 hours,and the total number of workers was 8. The total cost of the application of steel coil pallets was lower than that of traditional fixing method. The application of steel coil pallet reduced the transportation cost and improved the efficiency and reliability of transportation.
