妇科千金片联合中药外洗对老年盆腔炎患者血清CRP、血液流变学及白介素族水平影响研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨妇科千金片联合中药外洗对老年盆腔炎患者血清CRP、血液流变学及白介素族水平的影响。方法:收集医院收治的老年盆腔炎患者40例,随机分为对照组和实验组,每组各20例,分别给予相应的药物治疗,治疗结束后,对所有患者的血清CRP、血液流变学指标、白介素族水平以及临床疗效情况进行检测。结果:治疗后,与对照组比较,1实验组患者血清CRP水平较低,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);2实验组患者的血液全血黏度、FIB水平以及血沉速度较低(P<0.05);3实验组患者的血清IL^(-1)β、IL-8水平较低,血清IL^(-1)0水平较高(P<0.05);4实验组患者的血清TGF-β1、MCP-1水平较低(P<0.05);5实验组患者的总有效率较高(P<0.05);结论:妇科千金片联合中药外洗能够显著降低老年盆腔炎患者血清CRP、IL^(-1)β、IL-8、TGF-β1以及MCP-1水平,提高血清IL^(-1)0水平,降低血液黏度,提高临床疗效,对临床有指导意义。Objective： To analyze the effect of Fuke Qianjin Tablets combined with Chinese medicine external wash therapy on serum CRP,hemorheology and interleukin family levels in elderly patients with pelvic inflammatory. Methods：Forty patients who were diagnosed as cerebral infarction in the recovery period in our hospital were collected. All patients were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,20 cases in each group. Patients were given the appropriate drug. After treatment,the serum levels of CRP,the blood rheology index,interleukin family levels and clinical curative effect were detected in all patients. Results： After treatment,compared with control group,1the serum CRP level was lower in the experimental group and the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）; 2the whole blood viscosity,FIB level and erythrocyte sedimentation rate were lower in the experimental group（ P〈0. 05）; 3the serum levels of IL^（-1）β and IL- 8 were lower and the serum IL^（-1）0 level was higher in the experimental group（ P〈0. 05）; 4the serum TGF- β1 and MCP- 1 levels were lower in the experimental group（ P〈0. 05）; 5the total effective rate was higher in the experimental group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusions： Fuke Qianjin Tablets combined with Chinese medicine external wash therapy can significantly reduce the serum CRP,IL^（-1）β,IL- 8,TGF- β1 and MCP- 1 levels in elderly patients with pelvic inflammatory,increase serum IL^（-1）0 level,reduce blood viscosity and improve clinical curative effect,with a guiding significance for clinic.
