醒脑静注射液对急性心肌梗死患者血清中IL-1β、TGF-β1、溶酶体酶Cathepsin-B的含量影响研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨醒脑静注射液对急性心肌梗死患者血清中IL^(-1)β、TGF-β1、溶酶体酶Cathepsin-B的含量的影响。方法:收集安丘市人民医院收治的急性心肌梗死患者60例,随机分为对照组和实验组,各30例,对照组患者给予西医常规治疗,实验组患者在对照组基础上给予醒脑静注射液静滴,两组均治疗2周,治疗前后,对所有患者的血清TGF-β1、IL^(-1)β、Cathepsin-B、CRP含量、血浆D-D、FIB水平及心功能进行检测。结果:治疗后,与对照组比较,1实验组患者的血清IL^(-1)β、TGF-β1含量明显较低,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);2实验组患者的血清Cathepsin-B含量明显较低(P<0.05);3实验组患者的血清CRP含量明显较低(P<0.05);4实验组患者的血浆D-D、FIB含量明显较低(P<0.05);5实验组患者的LVEF明显较高,LVEDd和LVESd均明显较低(P<0.05)。结论:醒脑静注射液能够显著降低急性心肌梗死患者血清TGF-β1、IL^(-1)β、Cathepsin-B、CRP含量及血浆D-D、FIB水平,改善患者的心功能,对临床有指导意义。Objective： To analyze the effect of Xingnaojing Injection on the serum contents of IL^（-1）β,TGF- β1 and lysosomal enzyme Cathepsin- B in patients with acute myocardial infarction. Methods： A total of 60 patients who were diagnosed as acute myocardial infarction in Anqiu People＇s Hospital were collected. All patients were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,30 cases in each group. The control group were treated with routine treatment of Western medicine and patients in the experimental group were given Xingnaojing Injection by intravenous drip based on the treatment of the control group. The two groups were treated for 2 weeks. Before and after the treatment,serum contents of TGF- β1,IL^（-1）β,CRP and plasma D- dimer and FIB level and cardiac function of all patients were detected.Results： After treatment,compared with control group： 1in the experimental group,the serum levels of TGF- β1 and IL^（-1）β were significantly lower and the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）; 2the serum Cathepsin- B content in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the experimental group（ P〈0. 05）; 3the serum CRP content in the experimental group was significantly lower（ P〈0. 05）; 4the experimental group＇s plasma D- D and FIB level were significantly lower（ P〈0. 05）; 5the LVEF of the experimental group was significantly higher and LVEDd and LVESd were significantly lower（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusions： Xingnaojing Injection can significantly reduce serum levels of TGF- β1,IL^（-1）β,Cathepsin- B,CRP and plasma D- dimer and FIB in patients with acute myocardial infarction,improve heart function of patients and have guiding significance for clinic.
