健脾益肾法对肿瘤放化疗白细胞减少症患者血清黏附分子ICAM-1、VCAM-1以及免疫功能的影响研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨健脾益肾法对肿瘤放化疗白细胞减少症患者血清黏附分子ICAM-1、VCAM-1以及免疫功能的影响及其意义。方法:选取医院收治的肿瘤放化疗白细胞减少症患者81例,随机分为两组。对照组40例,行临床常规疗法治疗;实验组41例,在与对照组相同的临床常规治疗基础上加用健脾益肾方,比较两组患者血清ICAM-1、VCAM-1、免疫功能及治疗有效率。结果:治疗后与对照组相比,实验组血清ICAM-1、VCAM-1水平、外周血白细胞水平较高(P<0.05),实验组血清Ig A、Ig G、Ig M水平较高,血清Ig E水平较低(P<0.05),实验组CD^+3、CD^+4、CD^+4/CD^+8水平较高,血清CD^+8水平较低(P<0.05)。与对照组相比,实验组有效率较高(P<0.05)。结论:健脾益肾法对肿瘤放化疗白细胞减少症患者治疗据有较好的临床疗效,其可能机制为升高血清ICAM-1、VCAM-1水平,提高免疫功能及升高CD^+3、CD^+4细胞水平有关。Objective： To investigate the effect of adhesion molecules ICAM- 1,VCAM- 1 and immunity function in serum of patients with leucopenia caused by radiotherapy and chemotherapy by spleen- invigorating and kidney- nourishingmethod. Methods： Eighty- one cases of patients with cancer treated by radiotherapy and chemotherapy in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups. Fortycases in the control group were treated with conventional therapyandforty-one cases in the experimental group treated with spleen- invigorating and kidney- nourishing method. The serum ICAM- 1and VCAM- 1levels andimmune function and the efficiency were compared after the treatment. Results： Compared with the control group after the treatment,the serum levels of ICAM- 1and VCAM- 1 and peripheral white blood cell level were higher（ P〈0. 05）. The serum Ig A,Ig Gand Ig M levels were higherandserum Ig E levels lower（ P〈0. 05）. CD3~＋,CD4~＋and CD4~＋/CD8~＋levels were higherand the serum levels of CD8~＋lower（ P〈0. 05）. Compared with the control group,the effective rate of the experimental group was higher（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： Spleen- invigorating and kidney-nourishing methodhad a good clinical effect on patients with leucopenia caused by radiotherapy and chemotherapy,which mechanism mayrelated to elevating the serum levels of ICAM- 1and VCAM- 1,improving immune function and increasing CD3~＋and CD4~＋levels.
