摘　　要：文本立足于中国丝路学研究的历史学术传统与现实学术机遇,在全球丝路学兴起、发展及其转型的学科历史梳理的基础上,重点强调了:中华文明与丝绸之路具有命运与共、互为因果的共构关系,凸显了中华文明独具特色的"成长方式"且形成独特的"历史基因",也影响了中国丝路学研究范式,以及中国特色的话语阐释体系。中华文明与丝绸之路的命运与共,已然成为全球丝路学研究中中国话语阐释的基本逻辑起点;从某种程度上看,丝路外交、人民外交、人文外交具同构性的这一事实,彰显了中华民族不称霸世界的"文明基因","协和万邦"的外交传统,以及和合共生的人文精神,这将有利于指导中国丝路外交实践,也有助于构建中国特色的丝路研究理论;尽管当前中国的丝路学研究进入历史机遇期,但复兴之路仍需不懈的艰苦努力,尤其应立足于中国丝路外交的历史与现实,借鉴西方的软实力理论、多轨外交理论、全球治理理论等的理论精髓,以及吸收西方符号政治学、传播学、建构主义、公共产品等的研究方法来展开研究。中国丝路学的复兴,已成为全球丝路学转型的重要组成部分。为全球治理学研究贡献"中国话语",当为中国丝路学研究的努力方向之一。This paper,based on the foundation of the rising and development of the Silk Road studies, grabs the opportunity of the academic history and reality of Chinese Silk Road studies, emphasis that the Chinese culture has a co-constructing connecteddestinyrelation and being reasons and results with the Silk Road which shows the unique growing pattern of the Chinese culture and its special historical gene,and therefore influences the modern of the Chinese Silk Road studies and its voice interpretation system. The Chinese culture has a strong connection with the Silk Road which has become the basic logical start of the Chinese voice interpretation in the global Silk Road studies;in some ways,the Silk Road diplomacy,the folk diplomacy and the cultural diplomacy has shown clearly that China will not dominate the world and at the same time brought out China＇s traditional diplomacy of constructing a peaceful world,which all benefits the practical and theoretical silk road studies. Although Chinese Silk Road studies is now pacing into the promising period we still need to be diligent to revive this Silk Road,especially in basing on the Chinese diplomatic history along the Silk Road and western theories such as the soft power theory, the multi-track diplomacy theory and the global governance theory as well as absorbing the essence of western studying methods like symbolic politics,media studies,constructionism,public goods and so on.As we can tell, the revival of the Chinese Silk Roadstudies has become one of the most important parts of the global Silk Road studies and plays a significant role of donating the Chinese voice in the globalgovernance and becomes a direction that the Chinese Silk Road studies should struggle for.
