摘  要:为改进氢化羧基丁腈橡胶(HXNBR)/单孔中空涤纶短纤复合材料(HF)在中低频的吸声性能,将厚度为1 mm、质量比为70/30的HF与厚度为3 mm、面密度为300 g/m^2的针刺单孔中空涤纶短纤非织造布(NPH)层合制取了双层材料HF-NPH、三层材料HF-NPH-HF和NPH-HF-NPH。研究认为:双层材料以HF为入射面可有效改进材料在中低频吸声性能,吸声系数在750 Hz处达到峰值0.761,吸声系数大于0.2的有效频域为550-1 700 Hz,但在1700 Hz以上中高频吸声性能差;三层材料则在中低频吸声性能优异的同时中高频吸声性能也较好,吸声系数大于0.2的有效频域均为450-2 500 Hz,在此范围内平均吸声系数均大于0.56,但总体上NPH-HF-NPH吸声性能更优。In order to improve the sound absorption property of hydrogenated carboxyl nitrile rubber /single-hole hollow polyester composite( HF),HF with a mass ratio of 70 /30 in 1 mm thickness was laminated with needle punched single-hole hollow polyester nonwoven( NPH) which was 300 g / m^2 and 3 mm in thickness,then double laminated material HF-NPH,and triple laminated material HF-NPH-HF and NPH-HF-NPH were fabricated. The study found that the sound absorption property of double laminated material in mid-low frequency is effectively improved when setting the HF as the incident side. The peak value of sound absorption coefficient is 0. 761 at the frequency of 750 Hz,and the effective frequency bandwidth of sound absorption coefficient larger than 0. 2 is 550- 1 700 Hz,but it has poor sound absorption property at mid-high frequency above 1 700 Hz. For the triple laminated materials,they have excellent sound absorption property both at mid-low frequency and mid-high frequency. Their effective frequency bandwidth of sound absorption coefficient larger than 0. 2 are broadened to 450- 2 500 Hz,and the average absorption coefficient is greater than 0. 56 in this effective frequency bandwidth. Generally,sound absorption property of NPH-HF-NPH is slightly better than that of HF-NPH-HF.
