摘 要:为更好地探究纺织服装产业转移和集聚的微观因素,从劳动力要素的流动性入手,对预期利润函数进行适度拓展,采用逻辑回归模型分析我国纺织服装企业跨区域发展的特征与影响因素。对185家纺织服装企业及其子公司进行实证分析,结果表明:规模较大、技术水平较高的企业,更有可能采取跨区域发展的模式;与生产环节相比,研发设计环节倾向选址于劳动力要素成本较高、市场容量更大、服务业水平较高的地区,以获得高技能的专业人才和信息;高技能劳动力的高区位黏性和锁定效应,加剧了产业转移与要素分割。From the mobility of labor force,this paper adopted logic regression model to analyze the characteristics and determinants of cross-regional development of textile and clothing enterprises by extending expected profit function in order to explore the micro-factors of industry transfer and agglomeration. The micro-data of 185 public enterprises and their subsidiaries as samples were used. The results of empirical analysis present that larger enterprises with higher technical level are more likely to implement cross-regional strategy. Different from production units,location choices of RD units are inclined to be located in cites with higher factor costs,greater market size and thriving service industry to acquire high skilled professionals and information. Higher spatial stickiness and lock-in effect of highskilled labor accelerate industry transfer and factor segmentation.
