摘 要:目的了解伤害的发生情况,为防止伤害发生提供干预策略,为合理配置卫生资源提供可靠的依据。方法对医院2010-2014年收治的门、急诊首诊伤害病例进行流行病学分析。结果 5年内共收治伤害病例32106例,男性伤害病例的性别构成比高于女性病例(x^2=17.306,P=0.002)。伤害好发年龄为18~40岁。伤害发生的主要原因依次是跌倒/坠落(28.75%)、机动车车祸(25.60%)及钝器伤(22.20%)。跌倒/坠落为0~17岁及66~岁年龄组的首要伤害原因,分别占47.57%和55.58%。车祸和钝器伤为18~40岁年龄组伤害的主要原因。结论对伤害的干预措施应该注重中青年男性、跌倒/坠落、机动车车祸及钝器伤等重点领域。Objective To understand the happening of injuries,and provide intervention strategies and basis for health resources allocation. Methods Injury cases first diagnosed at outpatient or emergency department in hospital from 2010 to 2014 were analyzed. Results There were 32106 patients total,and the male constituent ratio was higher than female's (E2 = 17. 306,P = 0. 002). The high - risk age group was 15 -40 - year - old (47.29%). The main reasons of injury were followed by fall (28. 75% ), motor vehicle accident(25.60% ) and blunt injury(22.20% ). The first injury reason of 0 -17years old group and over 66 years old group was fall,the ratio were 47.57% and 55.58% respectively. In addition,traffic accident and blunt injury were the main reasons in 18 -40 years old group. Conclusion The emphasis area of injury intervention should be focused on males, fall, motor vehicle accident and blunt injury.
