摘 要:本文以新疆库车煤为原料,采用KOH活化法,在低碱碳比(1:2)条件下制备了比表面积超过1000m^2/g的煤基活性炭.并用不同浓度的硝酸对活性炭进行表面氧化改性,比较了不同氧化程度的活性炭对Cd吸附性能的影响,同时考察了溶液初始浓度、溶液pH值和吸附时间对吸附性能的影响.研究结果表明:采用浓硝酸溶液处理的活性炭具有丰富的含氧官能团、吸附位点多、孔径大,为金属离子的吸附提供了有利条件.由于含氧官能团与金属离子的螯合作用,此氧化改性煤基活性炭对Cd^(2+)的吸附量最大可达到88 mg/g,是未改性前活性炭吸附量的16倍,此材料具有一定的工业应用前景.In this study,coal from Xinjiang kuche was used as raw materials.Coal-based activated carbons with the high surface area(1 000m^2/g) were prepared through the chemical activation of KOH in a low proportion of alkali/carbon(1:2).Activated carbons were treated with different concentration of HNO3,leading to abundant oxidation functional groups and special pore structure,rich active sites on the surface of modified activated carbons.The effect of different parameters such as contact time,initial concentrations,solution pH value on the adsorption of Cd2+ was studied in batch experiments.Owing to functional group interact with metal ions,maximum adsorption capacity of Cd2+ on coal-based activated carbons modified with nitric acid reached to 88 mg/g,which was about 16 times than that of the original activated carbon.The results indicated that the modified activated carbon is a high efficient adsorbent for Cd^(2+),which has a promising prospect for industrial application.
