摘  要:目的考察贵州省苗侗地区高职生心理资本与人际和谐的基本情况,并探讨二者的关系。方法利用心理资本问卷(PCQ-24)与人际和谐问卷对贵州省苗侗地区383名高职生进行问卷调查,并对调查结果进行分析。结果人际和谐总分与心理资本总分之间的相关系数为0.58,心理资本各维度与人际和谐各维度之间均存在非常显著的正相关(P<0.01)。回归分析结果显示,当以人际和谐总分为结果变量时,心理资本4个维度全部进入回归方程,其多元相关系数为0.58,联合解释变异量为34%;当以族际和谐作为结果变量时,心理资本中的自我效能感、韧性、乐观3个维度进入回归方程,其多元相关系数为0.47,联合解释变异量为22%;当以师生和谐作为结果变量时,心理资本中的希望、韧性2个维度进入回归方程,其多元相关系数为0.36,联合解释变异量为13%;当以同学和谐为结果变量时,心理资本4个维度全部进入回归方程,其多元相关系数为0.54,联合解释变异量为29%;当以家人和谐作为结果变量时,心理资本中的自我效能感、韧性和乐观3个维度进入回归方程,其多元相关系数为0.40,联合解释变异量为16%。结论心理资本与人际和谐之间关系密切,且心理资本对人际关系具有显著的预测效果。Objective To investigate and discuss the relationship between psychological capital and interpersonal harmony in vocational school students from Miao and Dong nationalities inhabitance of Guizhou province.Methods The investigation was performed and analyzed on 383 vocational school students from Miao and Dong nationalities inhabitance of Guizhou province by employing psychological capital questionnaire and interpersonal harmony questionnaire.Results The correlation coefficient between the total score of psychological capital and interpersonal harmony was 0.58.Meanwhile,psychological capital and interpersonal harmony were remarkably positive correlated in each dimension(P〈0.01).The result of regression showed that when the total score of interpersonal harmony was regarded as a consequent variable,all 4dimensions of psychological capital were in the regression equation with multi-correlation coefficient of 0.58 and joint variable of 34%;when the total score of ethnic harmony was treated as a consequent variable,3dimensions(self-efficacy,tenacity and optimism)of psychological capital were in the regression equation with multi-correlation coefficient of 0.47 and joint variable of 22%;when the total score of harmonious relationship between teachers and students was regarded as a consequent variable,2dimensions(hope and tenacity)of psychological capital were in the regression equation with multi-correlation coefficient of 0.36 and joint variable of 13%;when the total score of harmonious relationship of schoolmates was treated as a consequent variable,all 4dimensions of psychological capital were in the regression equation with multi-correlation coefficient of 0.54 and joint variable of29%;when the total score of family harmony was regarded as a consequent variable,3dimensions(self-efficacy,tenacity and optimism)of psychological capital were in the regression equation with multi-correlation coefficient of 0.40 and joint variable of 16%.Conclusion Psychological capital,which is strongly correlated with
