摘 要:水平井是长南区块天然气开发的重要手段之一,安全快速钻井是提高水平井开发效益的关键。在CQSP-1钻井液体系的基础上,优化低黏切、低固相的钻井液配方。应用随钻防漏堵漏技术,改进承压堵漏工艺;针对延长组和"双石层"的防塌试验,提高钻井液防塌能力;形成一套水平井快速钻井液技术。长南区块使用快速钻井液技术完成了4口水平井,平均机械钻速提高了2.34%,平均钻机月速提高了29.04%。解决了长南区块三开天然气水平井施工中的井漏、井塌频繁,钻速慢等难题。Horizontal well was one of the important means for the development of natural gas in Changnan Block.Safe and rapid drilling was the key to improve the efficiency of horizontal well development.On the basis of CQSP-1drilling fluid system,the low viscosity shear and the formulation of low solid drilling fluid were optimized.LWD leakproof and plugging technology was used to improve the sealing technology under pressure.Based on the situation of collapse preventive test of Yanchang Formation and Shiqianfeng and Shiheze Formations,the anti-collapse capacity of the drilling fluid was enhanced,therefore the drilling fluid technology for rapid drilling was developed.The rapid drilling technology is applied in 4horizontal wells in Changnan Block,by which 2.34% of the average penetration rate is improved,29.04% of the monthly average drilling rate per rig is also improved,the problems of lost circulation,frequent well collapse and slow drilling in the natural gas horizontal well operation are solved.
