摘  要:随着气井产量降低,易造成井筒积液停产,需气举恢复产能,海上油气田平台空间有限,大多采用水平井或大斜度井开发。针对东海某气田储层及开采特征,为减小井斜对气举阀影响,提高下入可靠性,同时解决高温、腐蚀及高压力密封性等问题,对气举阀及工作筒结构、防腐材质、密封方式等进行改进。改进后气举阀通过室内高温、压力、气密试验和疲劳等功能试验,结果达到了设计及气密要求,为海上油气田安全生产奠定了基础。With the reduction of production in gas well,it was likely to be shutdown caused by the liquid accumulation.Therefore gas lifting was needed for production restoration,because of the limited space in offshore platforms,frequently horizontal and high deflecting wells were used for development.In consideration of the characteristics gas reservoir and production of a certain gas field in the East China Sea,to reduce the influence of gas-lift valve on the deflecting well,enhance the reliability of valve setting and solve the problems of high temperature,corrosion and high pressure sealing,the gas-lifting valve,the structure,its corrosion preventive material,sealing pattern of its working barrel were modified and ameliorated.After the improvement,the indoor temperature,pressure,air tightness test and fatigue strength of the gas lift valves are tested,the test results show that it reaches the requirements of designs and air tightness,it provides a basis for safe production in offshore oil and gas fields.
