摘 要:目的探讨CC趋化因子配体1(CCL1)的3个基因位点rs159291、rs159294和rs210837与T2DM并发肺结核(T2DM-PTB)发病风险的关系。方法收集单纯T2DM者(T2DM组)124例、T2DM伴PTB者(T2DM-PTB组)124例及健康者(NC组)130名。采用病例对照法,运用RT-PCR对3个基因位点进行基因分型,分析各组基本特征和基因分型结果。结果各组性别、年龄、BMI、TG、TC比较,差异无统计学意义,且T2DM组和T2DM-PTB组FPG比较,差异无统计学意义[(11.35±3.54)vs(11.56±4.22)mmol/L,P>0.05];3组rs159291位点的AA、AG和GG基因型频率分布比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),3组间两两比较结果显示,基因型AA可增加T2DM-PTB的发病风险(P<0.01)。其他两个位点在3组的基因型频率分布比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 rs159291的AA基因型是T2DM-PTB的易感基因型,rs159294、rs210837位点与T2DM-PTB风险无关。Objective To explore the relationship between chemokine(CC motif) ligandl(CCL1)gene polymorphisms(rsl59291,rsl59294 and rs210837) and the susceptibility of type 2 diabetes mellitus with pulmonary tuberculosis(T2DM-PTB).Methods 124 T2 DM cases,124 T2DM-PTB cases and 130 healthy controls(NC) were collected in this case-control study.The genotypes were detected by RT-PCR method.Results The differences of indicators including gender,age,BMI,TG and TC were not statistically significant(P〈0.05) among three groups.There was no significant difference in fasting blood glucose level between T2 DM group and T2DM-PTB group[(11.35 ± 3.54) vs(11.56 ± 4.22) mmol/L,P〈0.05].The distributions of rsl59291 AA,AG and GG in three groups had significant difference(P〈0.01).AA genotype significantly increased the risk of T2DM-PTB(P〈0.01).No statistical differences of distribution of rs159294 and rs210837 genotypes were found among three groups(P〉0.05).Conclusion CCL1 rs159291 AA genotype may be a susceptible genotype of T2DM-PTB,while rsl59294 and rs210837 are not associated with T2DM-PTB.
