丹参酮IIA磺酸钠对慢性支气管炎患者免疫因子及疗效的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨丹参酮IIA磺酸钠对慢性支气管炎患者免疫因子及疗效影响。方法选取慢性支气管炎患者152例,随机分为2组,对照组77例予抗炎、化痰常规治疗,实验组75例在常规治疗的基础上加用丹参酮IIA磺酸钠注射液20 mg每日1次静点,7 d一个疗程,治疗2个疗程。治疗结束后,比较2组患者免疫因子及临床疗效。结果经治疗2组血清CRP及WBC均降低,与对照组比较,实验组CRP与WBC较低(P<0.05);患者IL-4、IL-6及IL-8水平下降,与对照组比较,实验组IL-4、IL-6及IL-8水平较低(P<0.05);CD3^+、CD4^+、及CD4^+/CD8^+含量升高,与对照组比较,实验组CD3^+、CD4^+、及CD4^+/CD8^+水平较高(P<0.05),CD8^+含量无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论丹参酮IIA磺酸钠注射液能降低慢性支气管炎患者CRP含量,抑制炎症因子的产生,调节T淋巴细胞的免疫功能。Objective To explore the effect of tanshinone IIA sulfonate on immune factors and efficacy of patients with chronic bronchitis. Methods A total of 152 patients with chronic bronchitis were selected and randomly divided into two groups. The 77 patients in the control group were treated with anti-inflammatory,phlegm and routine treatment,and 75 patients in the experimental group were treated with conventional treatment and sodium tanshinone IIA sulfonate injection 20 mg once a day,7 days for a course of treatment. Immune factors and clinical effect were compared after treatment. Results The CRP and WBC levels decreased after treatment in both groups. Compared with the control group,CRP and WBC levels of the experiment group were significantly lower（ P 0. 05）. IL-4,IL-6 and IL-8 levels of the experimental group were significantly lower than those of the control group（ P〈 0. 05）. CD3＋,CD4＋,and CD4＋/ CD8＋ content increased in both groups. Compared with the control group,CD3＋,CD4＋,and CD4＋/ CD8＋ of the experimental group were significantly higher（ P〈 0. 05）. Conclusion Tanshinone IIA can reduce the content of CRP,inhibit the production of inflammatory cytokines and regulate the immune function of T lymphocytes.
