广西高值医用耗材定价谈判机制分析与建议

摘　　要：目前,国内高值医用耗材定价机制尚未成熟,建立科学合理的高值医用耗材定价谈判机制,能有效降低患者特别是住院患者的医疗费用,合理控制医保费用增长。本研究通过分析广西药品及医药耗材采购制度和流程,探讨近年来广西高值医用耗材定价采购过程中存在的问题与不足,对完善高值医药耗材定价谈判机制提出建议。The current pricing mechanism of high-cost medical consumables in China was not ripe yet. Establishing a reasonableprice system on the negotiation mechanism of high value medical consumbles could effectively cut down patients＇ medical costs andreasonably control the growth of medical insurance costs. It analyzed the purchasing system and process of drug and medical consumbles in Guangxi, discussed the existed problems and shortages in the purchasing process of high-value medical consumable pricingfor the past few years in the Guangxi, proposed the suggestions for implementing the negotiation mechanism for high-cost medicalconsumable pricing.
