摘　　要：欧美国家疾病诊断相关分组付费制度经过30多年的发展,现已比较成熟,而我国仍处于探索阶段。通过对欧美国家相对权重计算方法以及影响因素进行介绍,为制定适合我国国情的DRG相对权重提供借鉴和参考。The Diagnosis Related Group（DRG） payment system has been developed in European countries and America for 30 years and is more mature compare relatively, while China is still in the exploratory phase. It introduces the relative weight calculationsand factors in American and European countries and provides references for designing the relative weight for DRG suitable for Chinese situation.
