摘 要:泥炭地是一种重要的湿地生态系统,在其酸性、淹水和厌氧生境形成的独特的生物群落是全球生物多样性的重要组成部分。本研究选择鄂西亚高山地区七姊妹山和二仙岩泥炭地,采集表层泥炭沉积物并提取摇蚊亚化石头壳,探讨了这两个地区摇蚊种群组成及其影响的环境因子。结果表明:1)七姊妹山泥炭地摇蚊组合以Tanytarsus pallidicornistype2和Tribelos sp.为主,二仙岩泥炭地则以Pseudorthocladius sp.、Tribelos sp.和Pseudosmittia sp.为主,这些优势种都是附生属种且具有一定耐酸性;2)泥炭地表层水的电导率、钙离子浓度和水位埋深是显著影响摇蚊种群组成的环境因子。本研究为国内首次报道泥炭地摇蚊组成,为深入认识泥炭地生物多样性提供了重要基础资料。Mires are considered to be an important type of wetland ecosystem. The unique envi- ronment like its acidic, waterlogged and deoxygenated conditions raises diverse inhabitants that constitute an indispensable component in global biodiversity. In this study, we investigated chi- ronomids in two subalpine mires of Qizimeishan and Erxianyan, western Hubei Province, and at- tempted to figure out the potential controlling factors on the chironmomids' composition and dis- tribution. The results revealed that: 1 ) the chironomid communities were mainly dominated by acidophilic or epiphytic taxa. Tanytarsus pallidicornis-type2 and Tribelos sp. were the most abun- dant taxa in Qizimeishan mire, and Pseudorthocladius sp., Tribelos sp. and Pseudosmittia sp. were dominant taxa in Erxianyan mire; 2) conductivity, calcium concentration and water table depth were the significant environmental factors in shaping chironomid communities. This study was the first report in China about chironomid compositions in mires, and provided important in- formation for further understanding biodiversity in mires.
