摘　　要：目的 探讨婴幼儿先天性鼻泪管阻塞（CNLDO）的治疗方法及疗效.方法 对2009年3月至2014年10月在原州区人民医院就诊的65例（76只眼）婴幼儿CNLDO患儿采用泪囊按摩联合妥布霉素滴眼法、泪道冲洗法和泪道探通术分步进行治疗,按照患儿初始月龄分为：0.5～6个月、7～12个月和13～36个月三个组别,治疗后随访3周分别判定疗效.结果 泪囊按摩、泪道冲洗和泪道探通治愈率分别为13.16％ （10/76）、74.24％ （49/66）和52.94％ （9/17）.0.5～6个月、7～12个月和13～36个月组治愈率分别为92.26％ （47/51）、87.50％ （14/16）和77.78％ （7/9）,总治愈率89.47％ （68/76）,无效10.53％ （8/76）.结论 婴幼儿CNLDO应先行泪囊按摩治疗,早期泪道冲洗疗效最好,泪道探通术是良好的补充.Objective To evaluate the therapeutic methods and efficacy of infantile congenital nasolacrimal duct obstruction（CNLDO）.Methods Sixty-five infants （76 eyes） aged 0.5 to 36 months （Mo） who had CNLDO,the lacrimal sac massage added Tobramycin drops,nasolacrimal duct irrigation and probing were used.And according to the initial months was divided into three groups：0.5-6 Mo （group 1）,7-12 Mo （group 2） and 13-36 Mo （group 3）,followed up for 3 weeks after treatment determined the efficacy,respectively.Results The success rate of lacrimal sac massage,nasolacrimal duct irrigation and probing was 13.16%,74.24% and 52.94%,respectively.Each group curative ratio was 92.26% in group 1,87.50% in group 2 and 77.78% in group 3,respectively.The failure rate was 10.53%,the overall success rate was 89.5%.Conclusions Infants CNLDO should first performed lacrimal sac massage treatment,nasolacrimal duct irrigation curative effect is best in the early,the probing is a good supplement.
