摘 要:目的探讨焦炉逸散物(COE)对接触工人肾功能的影响。方法采用横断面调查方法,对某焦化厂575名在职焦炉作业工人职业健康检查资料的肾功能指标尿素氮、肌酐、尿酸进行分析。结果COE接触工人血清中尿素氮的异常率呈现炉底、炉侧、炉顶组依次增高的趋势,且差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。血清中肌酐和尿酸平均值呈炉底组、炉侧组、炉顶组依次上升的趋势,有剂量-效应关系。均未发现接害工龄和吸烟对上述肾功能指标的影响,但在饮酒者中的3个肾功能指标均有明显升高(P<0.05)。结论 COE可导致接触工人的肾脏功能异常。Objective To investigate the effects on renal function in workers exposed to coke oven emissions(COE). Methods By using the cross-sectional survey,data from the occupational health examination of 575 coke oven workers was analyzed to understand the changes of urea nitrogen,creatinine and uric acid in serum.Results The abnormal rate of serum urea nitrogen in coke oven workers was found increased by the trend of bottom,side and top area in the coke oven,with the statistic significance(P〈0.05).The mean value of serum creatinine and uric acid were shown an increasing trend from the bottom group,side group,to the top group,with the dose-effect relationship.No effect of the working years and smoking on the renal function was found,but all the three markers were increased significantly in drinkers(P〈0.05).Conclusions Exposure to COE may induce the abnormal changes on renal function.
