摘　　要：从科技人才资源、科技财力资源、科技物力资源、科技成果资源等方面对广东高校的科技资源现状与问题进行分析,深刻剖析导致以上问题出现的体制机制障碍原因,并提出优化广东高校科技资源配置的对策。This paper analyzes the present situation and problems of scientific and technological resources in Guangdong universities from the aspects of human resources,financial resources,material resources and achievement resources. The paper carries out the profound analysis on the reasons of the above problems arising from the mechanism of institutional mechanisms,and puts forward the countermeasures to optimize the allocation of scientific and technological resources in Guangdong universities.
