摘　　要：软件作品的版权许可在法律性质上不同于软件产品的使用许可,通过厘清两者的区别,提出一个适用于目前计算机软件在线许可的交易市场理论体系。计算机软件在线许可在市场模式上应包括版权交易市场和产品交易市场。The article is concerned with the problem of computer software online licensing. The copyright licensing of computer program is different from the software end- user license of computer software product. This article puts forward a new theory of the computer software online licensing market by distinguishing these two concepts. The computer software online licensing market can be divided into copyright market and copy market.
