摘  要:为提高多目标、多属性的道路预防性养护决策的有效性,以数据包络评价法和逼近理想点法为核心,构建预防性养护组合决策模型。首先应用数据包络评价法计算预防性养护中每个决策指标的相对有效性,然后利用多目标欧氏距离法对决策措施的相对有效性进行计算,实现对备选措施的全排列,得到最佳决策措施。最后通过案例,以业主成本、用户成本、工期作为输入指标,以抗滑性、耐久性、抗水性、行车舒适性、美观性、降噪性为输出指标,从案例中选择最佳养护方案。结果显示模型能够有效计算多属性预防性养护决策问题。This paper based on characteristics of preventive maintenance decisions, discusses the methods to improve the preventive maintenance with multi-target multi-attribute decision. Base on DEA and TOPSIS, build multi-attribute and multi objective combined decision-making model. Firstly, to use data envelopment analysis method to calculate the relative effectiveness of each decision index. Then use multi-objective decision Euclidean distance method to measure the relative effectiveness of the calculation. By combining these two methods of alternative measures to achieve the full results of sort, get the current best preventive measures for road maintenance decision. This decision-making method includes the advantages of DEA for multi-attribute indicators and TOPSIS for system. Take the owner costs, user costs and period as input index. Take the skid resistance, durability, water resistance, driving comfort, appearance, reducing noise as output index. Then choose the four kinds of alternative preventive maintenance measures. The results showed that the model can effectively solve the multi attribute decision-making problems of preventive maintenance.
