摘　　要：应用技术大学的定位可以借鉴帕森斯结构功能主义理论中的"AGIL"模型进行分析:"A"是"适应"功能,由市场执行;"G"指"目标达成"功能,由政府执行;"I"是"整合"功能,由技术共同体执行;"L"是"潜在模式维持"功能,由技术文化执行。应用技术大学通过与四个子系统的相互作用进行能量交换,从而形成"市场-适应""忠诚-目标""价值-整合""自主-维持"四种取向,根据不同的取向选择可形成各自的社会定位。Based on AGIL model proposed by Parsons, the orientation of Universities of Applied Sciences in social system has been analyzed. In the AGIL-based orientation model of universities of applied sciences, A represents Adaptation, performed by the market; G means Goal attainment, performed by the government; I represents Integration, performed by the technical community; L means Latency pattern maintenance,performed by the technical culture. Since these four subsystems A-G-I-L interact and exchange with each other, there are possible four dimensions to determine the orientation for Universities of Applied Sciences： Market-Adaptation,Loyalty-Goal, Value-Integration and Self-Maintenance. The Universities of Applied Sciences determine their orientations according to different dimensions.
