摘 要:高档数控机床是国家装备制造业的支柱产业,是实现制造强国战略的重要保障,也是制造业产业升级和国家综合实力的集中体现。国家重大科技专项、装备制造业振兴规划等国家战略性计划的实施为国产高档数控机床发展提供了前所未有的发展机遇。针对国产数控机床,分析了我国机床行业的发展背景,深入解读国产机床的技术现状,重点探讨了高速高精度联动控制,复杂工况高效高精度加工,精度保持性和可靠性等高档数控机床的关键核心技术,提出推动国产数控机床向高端发展的若干对策。Advanced CNC machine tool is the pillar industry of national equipment manufacturing, and the important guarantee to realize the manufacturing power strategy. It is also the concentrated embodiment for manufacturing industry upgrading and national comprehensive strength. The implementation of national strategy, such as key state science and technology project and the revitalization plan of equipment manufacturing industry, provides unprecedented opportunities for the development of domestic advanced CNC machine tool industry. For domestic CNC machine tool, this paper analyzes its development background, deeply explains the current technical state of domestic machine tool industry, and emphatically focuses on some key core technologies of advanced CNC machine tool, such as high speed and high precision linkage control, high efficiency and high precision machining, accuracy preservation and reliability, then proposes some countermeasures for promoting the high-end development of domestic CNC machine tool.
