摘 要:航空电子企业作为制造行业技术密集型企业,产品具有多品种、小批量,交付周期短等特点。传统人工调度试验计划,手工录入试验数据的试验管理方式严重制约了产品的研制过程。介绍了基于TDM试验管理系统的技术方案,通过企业试验需求调研,基于企业业务场景设计了系统的业务架构和网络部署。研究表明,试验管理系统提升了环境试验能力和业务自动化水平,为研发任务的顺利完成提供了良好的支撑。Avionics business is a kind of technology-intensive enterprise in manufacturing industry, whose products have the characteristics such as more variety, low-volume, short delivery cycle, etc. The test management depending on the traditional artificial scheduling pilot projects and the manual input means of test data constraint the development process of products seriously. The article introduces the technical scheme of test management system based on the TDM, and designs the system architecture and network deployment by the investigation of the enterprise test requirement on the business scenario. The implementation of test management system enhances the environmental testing ability and service level of automation, improves the using efficiency of the test data, and provides a good support for the research and development tasks.
