四君子汤含药血清对胃癌抑制作用的药效成分研究

摘　　要：目的研究经典复方四君子汤对胃癌抑制作用的主要药效成分。方法采用高效液相色谱法分别测定四君子汤含药血清低、中、高剂量组的药效成分。结果四君子汤高剂量含药血清中含有人参皂苷Rg1。结论四君子汤含药血清对胃癌细胞的抑制作用的药效成分可能与人参皂苷Rg1有关。该实验为人参皂苷Rg1辅助治疗胃癌提供一定的理论依据。Objective To investigate the classic combination of Sijunzi decoction on gastric cancer inhibition main efficacy components. Methods Using high pressure liquid chromatography determination of Sijunzi decoction respectively the drug- containing serum low,medium and high dose group of the efficacy of composition. Results Sijunzi decoction high dose drug- containing serum containing Ginsenoside Rg1. Conclusion Sijunzi decoction drug- containing serum on the inhibition of the efficacy of the gastric cancer cell components may be associated with Rg1 ginsenosides. The experiment of ginseng saponin Rg1 auxiliary treatment of cancer of the stomach to provide certain theoretical basis.
