腰椎间盘突出症患者术后椎间隙感染的危险因素分析与预防

摘　　要：目的探讨腰椎间盘突出症术后椎间隙感染的相关因素,为制定合理的预防措施提供参考依据。方法选取2008年1月-2015年10月医院收治的行手术治疗的腰椎间盘突出症患者3 600例,对其临床资料进行回顾性分析,观察术后椎间隙感染情况,对腰椎间盘突出症术后椎间隙感染的相关因素实施单因素、多因素logistic回归分析;采用SPSS17.0软件对数据进行统计分析。结果 3 600例手术患者中发生术后椎间隙感染62例,感染率为1.72%;logistic回归分析显示,肥胖、年龄>50岁、呼吸系统及泌尿系统感染、低蛋白血症是腰椎间盘突出症患者术后椎间隙感染的危险因素。结论腰椎间盘突出症术后引发椎间隙感染发生的因素众多,临床上应给予高度重视,积极采取预防措施降低感染的发生。OBJECTIVE To explore the related factors for postoperative intervertebral space infections in patients with lumbar disc herniation so as to put forward the reasonable prevention measures.METHODS A total of 3 600 patients with lumbar disc herniation who received surgical procedures in hospitals from Jan 2008 to Oct 2015 were enrolled in the study,then the clinical data of the patients were retrospectively analyzed,the incidence of postoperative intervertebral space infections was observed,the univariate,multivariate logistic regression analysis was conducted for the related factors for the postoperative intervertebral space infections in the patients with lumbar disc herniation,and the statistical analysis of data was performed with the use of SPSS17.0software.RESULTS The postoperative intervertebral space infections occurred in 62 of 3 600 patients,with the infection rate 1.72%.The logistic regression analysis indicated that the risk factors for the postoperative intervertebral space infections in the patients with lumbar disc herniation included the obesity,more than 50 years of age,respiratory and urinary system infection,and hypoproteinemia.CONCLUSIONThere are a variety of risk factors for the postoperative intervertebral space infections in the patients with lumbar disc herniation.It is necessary for the hospital to pay high attention to the risk factors and take targeted prevention measures so as to reduce the incidence of the infections.
