摘  要:目的研讨深Ⅱ度烧伤患者感染病原菌的分布及危险因素,并探讨相应的预防措施,为临床预防和合理治疗提供参考依据。方法对医院2011年2月-2015年6月诊治的1 870例深Ⅱ度烧伤患者进行研究,分析烧伤患者感染病原菌的分布及感染的危险因素,数据采用SPSS 20.0软件进行统计分析。结果 1 870例患者中98例发生感染,感染率5.24%;分离出98株病原菌,以革兰阳性菌为主,共53株占54.1%,相关危险因素显示,患者年龄>50岁、烧伤部位、Ⅲ类手术切口、烧伤后送院时间>60min、有高血糖及术前未使用抗菌药物是烧伤患者发生感染的相关危险因素。结论深Ⅱ度烧伤患者容易受到病原菌感染,其危险因素种类多,要针对危险因素加强预防干预。OBJECTIVE To explore the distribution of pathogens causing infections in the deep burnⅡ patients,investigate the risk factors,and put forward the corresponding prevention measures so as to provide guidance for clinical prevention and reasonable treatment.METHODS A total of 1 870 deep burn Ⅱ patients who were treated in the hospital from Feb 2011 to Jun 2015 were enrolled in the study,then the distribution of pathogens causing the infections and the risk factors for the infections were observed,and the statistical analysis of data was performed with the use of SPSS 20.0software.RESULTS The infections occurred in 98 of 1 870 patients,with the infection rate 5.24%.Totally 98 strains of pathogens were isolated,of which 53(54.1%)strains were gram-positive bacteria.The related risk factors for the infections in the burn patients included the more than 50 years of age,burn sites,typeⅢsurgical incision,more than 60 min of admission time after burn,high level of serum glucose,and preoperative use of antibiotics.CONCLUSION The deep burn Ⅱ patients tend to be infected by the pathogens;there are a variety of risk factors,and it is necessary to strengthen the prevention and intervention according to the risk factors.
