摘  要:为了解决多瑙河流域某桥梁基础工程中存在的工期、施工效率和成本问题,结合当地施工经验和地质条件创新性地制定了大长直径桩旋挖钻机的成孔工艺,确定了一套新的钻孔方法以及泥浆的性能参数,并进行了泥浆循环系统和钻渣处理系统的设计,来达到深水水域砂性土成孔目的。实践证明,泥浆护壁配合旋挖成孔成桩质量好,能够取得较好的经济效益和社会效益,此工艺成果可供在环保要求较高的深水水域桥梁工程施工技术人员参考。According to the drilling operation platform of the foundation piles construction and the buried depth of the pile casing of the Zemun-Bolza Bridge in Danube water area,the drilling method and performance parameters of mud were designated.The mud recycling system and disposal system were designed,and the boring technology of piles on sandy soil in deep water area was introduced.The fine quality of piles with the combination of mud dado and rotary drilling rigs makes good economic and social benefits.This technology can serve as reference for technical staff in the case of deep-water bridge project with high environment requirements.
