摘 要:对装配式混凝土结构中预制梁端与后浇混凝土的结合面抗剪性能进行了试验研究。针对结合面的剪力键抗剪破坏、钢筋销栓抗剪破坏和剪切摩擦抗剪破坏模式,分别设计了3组试件进行直剪试验,研究这3种破坏模式的破坏过程,包括位移发展过程、应变分布和发展过程等。并将试验结果与相关规程中的结合面受剪承载力计算公式进行了对比,验证了规程中公式的安全性与准确性。Experimental study was conducted on the shear behavior of joint surface between precast concrete beam end and post-cast concrete in the precast concrete structure. In order to study the failure modes of joint surface including shear key shear failure,reinforced dowel shear failure and shear friction shear failure,three groups of specimen were designed for direct shear tests to study the failure process of the three kinds of failure modes including the displacement development process,strain distribution and strain developing process. The test results were compared with the shear capacity formula of the joint surface in the relevant rules,and the safety and accuracy of the formula were verified.
