摘　　要：归纳总结装配整体式框架-现浇剪力墙结构常用的技术经济指标。以一栋装配整体式框架-现浇剪力墙结构住宅为例,分析不同预制方案时的结构预制率、混凝土量、含钢量等,进而对不同预制方案下的材料用量进行比较分析,找出影响材料成本增加的主要因素,并得出材料成本与预制率之间的关系。另外,通过对不同预制方案下结构预制率的分析,给出不同预制率时的推荐预制方案,可为同类型结构设计做参考。Technical and economic indices of monolithic precast concrete frame-cast-in-situ shear wall structure were introduced. For one real monolithic precast concrete frame-cast-in-situ shear wall structure residential, comparative analyses of technical and economic indices with different precast schemes including precast rate,concrete quantity,steel content,etc. were carried out,so as to find out the main factors that affect the cost of the materials and the relevance between cost of the materials and precast rate. Precast schemes with different precast rate were recommended,which can be references for the same type of structure design.
