摘  要:微盘激光器是形如图钉状、尺寸在光波长量级的微型激光器。在微盘腔中回音壁模式为其主要模式特征。由于其具有阈值低、体积小、几何图形简单、可动态模操作、易与其他电子元件集成等优势被人们广泛研究。在简要分析微盘激光器结构特性和模式特性的基础上,概述了微盘激光器近年来在降低激射阈值、控制激光定向输出以及利用新型材料制备激光器等方面的研究成果。介绍了器件在光学传感、光学探测、光学滤波、波分复用等众多领域的应用,并展望了微盘激光器的发展趋势。A microdisk laser is a micro laser,whose shape like a thumbtack,and the size is in optical wavelength. Whispering gallery mode is the main feature of the microdisk cavity. It is widely studied due to its advantages,such as low threshold,small volume,simple geometry,dynamic mode operation and easy to integrate with other electronic components,and so on. Based on the analysis of structural characteristics and mode characteristics of microdisks,the important progress of microdisks in recent years is reviewed,including reducing the lasing threshold,controlling the direction of laser emission and using new materials to prepare lasers. The applications of the devices in optical sensing,optical probe,optical filter and wavelength division multiplexing are introduced,and the development trend of the microdisk laser is also discussed.
