摘　　要：信息技术的不断发展极大的改变了人们的生活,大学生频繁使用网络的现象随处可见,网络的开放性和虚拟性对当代大学生产生了重要的影响。由于大学生经常处于心理在线而身体不在线的状态,从而降低了社会公共监督约束制约作用,其网络自我控制的缺失行为就较容易发生。The development of information technology has greatly changed people＇s life, the phenomenon of College Students＇ frequent use of the Internet can be seen everywhere. The virtual nature and open of the network to college students＇ interpersonal trust has an important impact.Owing to the psychology of college students are online and their bodies are not online, thereby the social public＇s supervision and restraint are reducing, the loss behavior of network self-control is prone to occur.
