大学生职业成熟度的发展特点研究

摘　　要：为了探讨高职生职业发展特点,采用大学生职业成熟度问卷对240名高职生进行调查。高职生的总体职业成熟度和各维度的成熟水平均一般;高职生在职业参照维度上的得分存在显著差异,女生得分显著高于男生;职业成熟度总体看来没有显著的年级方面差异;在职业目标的维度上发现显著的学生来源方面差异;高职生的职业成熟度均不存在显著的专业差异。To investigation the characteristics of higher vocational college students, we used the Career Maturity Questionnaire for College Students to investigate 240 higher vocational college students. We found that their career maturity was not very high. Gender difference existed in career reference aspect and girls＇ scores were much higher than boys＇. The scores of students from different grades＇ on career maturity had no significant difference. Student resource difference exited in career objective aspect and the scores of students from cities and towns were much higher than those from countries. The scores of students from different specialties had no significant difference.
