摘  要:为了增强聚丙烯薄膜的浸润特点.利用大气压氩等离子体射流对聚丙烯薄膜进行表面改性处理,并对其放电特性进行测量.通过扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、X射线光电子能谱仪(XPS)和静态水接触角方法测量与分析APPJ处理前后薄膜的微观形貌、表面化学组分、表面亲水性,以此评价APPJ表面改性效果.结果显示,PP薄膜经过APPJ处理后,其表面粗糙度有所增加,且引入了亲水极性基团,从而改善了材料的浸润性能.仅在处理20s时,表面水接触角从未处理时的105°下降到45°.浸润特性影响PP电学特性的变化,改性后的PP油浸薄膜交流击穿电压提高约14%.In order to improve impregnating property of polypropylene (PP) ,an atmospheric pressure plasma jet (APPJ) generator in Argon for surface modification of PP film is designed .The discharge characteristics are characterized by means of voltage and current waveforms measurement and Lissajous figures measurement .T he surface properties of PP films including chemical components ,microstruc‐tures and hydrophilic property of films before and after processing are characterized with scanning elec‐tron microscope (SEM) ,X‐ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) ,and static contact angle measurement .The results show that the surface roughness increases ,a great deal of polar functional groups are introduced into surface of PP film ,and impregnating properties of PP films are improved .Its water contact angle decreases from 105°to 45°after a discharge time longer than 20s .Moreover ,the dischar‐ging property of PP film is enhanced ,and AC breakdow n voltage of PP film in electric insulating oil is also improved by 14% .
