摘 要:针对编织复合材料预制件成型设备上携纱器必须整行、整列运动的局限以及自动化程度较低和通用性差的问题,提出一种柔性编织底盘方案,并分析部分零件的精度、载纱装置的驱动和控制等问题.该方案中,驱动装置和载纱锭座之间通过弹簧柱销传递动力,并采用电磁铁控制载纱锭座是否能够随驱动块移动.驱动装置的运动和电磁铁状态均由软件控制,当驱动装置在底盘上沿纵横方向交替往复运动时,通过对电磁铁通、断电的改变可实现对任意编织纱线运动路径的控制.该编织底盘为织物形状及其内部结构的设计提供了更大限度的自由,通过调整控制程序即可实现多种形状和变截面预制件的编织,可以提高预制件成型的机械化和自动化程度,也为预制件的批量生产奠定良好基础.A program of flexible braided chassis was proposed for the limitation that yarn carri‐ers on the chassis must be moved by w hole column or row ,and the low degree automation and poor application of current equipments that used to braid preforms for 3‐D braiding composites . Also the precision and structure of important components ,drive and control of yarn carrier de‐vice were analyzed .In the program the power between drivers and yarn carriers was transferred by spring pin ,and whether the yarn carriers device is moved by the driver was controlled by e‐lectromagnets .While the driving apparatus was reciprocated in two perpendicular directions , the path of any knitting yarn on this chassis can be controlled by changing the status of electro‐magnets .The maximum freedom in defining the shape and internal structure of braid textiles was provided by this chassis ,getting the control program to be adjusted ,then the needs of forming various shapes and variable cross‐section performance would be achieved .In addition , the mechanization and automation of braideding apparatus is improved ,and a good foundation is laid on the mass production of pretorms .
