摘 要:为了研究不同化学物质的导电特性对绝缘子表面污层电导率的影响,根据现有研究中绝缘子自然污秽成分的检测结果,以几种典型可溶成分KNO_3、NaCl、CaSO_4、KCl、NH_4NO_3、NaCl等为对象,研究其水溶后的导电性变化规律以及它们之间的差异.研究表明,不同污秽成分的电导率特性有差异.以等值盐密为参量,用NaCl模拟导电污秽的方法研究绝缘子电气性能有一定的缺陷;闪络实验过程中可以忽略实验持续时间对绝缘子表面污层导电特性的影响;在测量等值盐密时,建议让污液静置5min以上再进行电导率测量.研究结果可以对等值盐密的测试、污秽度的评估、闪络电压的修正以及实验室人工污秽的模拟提供参考.In order to study the effects of different chemical materials′s conductivity property on the conductivity of insulator surface pollution ,according to the current measurement results of insulator natural contamination components ,such typical soluble chemicals as KNO3 、NaCl、CaSO4 、KCl、NH4 NO3 、NaCl were taken as the object ,and their conductive performance under water as well as the differences were studied .Research results indicate that it is not proper to use only equivalent salt deposit density (ESDD) and NaCl to describe the electrical property of polluted insulator .During artificial tests ,influence of dissolving time on the conductivity of soluble material can be neglected .When measuring ESDD ,it is suggested that the pollution liquid should be stewed and measured after more than 5 min .The conclusions are of certain value in referring the conductions of ESDD measurements ,flashover voltage modification and laboratory artificial simulation tests .
