围手术期M-POSSUM评分与血浆CRP的关系

摘　　要：目的:探讨普外科患者围手术期M-POSSUM评分与血浆CRP水平变化关系。方法:跟踪观察行中等程度以上手术的普外科150例患者围手术期M-POSSUM评分与血浆CRP水平,分析二者之间的关系。结果:M-POSSUM评分和血浆CRP水平,术后与术前比较差异显著(P<0.001);术前血浆CRP水平≥10mg/L和<10mg/L的患者,其M-POSSUM评分比较差异显著(P<0.01);术后血浆CRP水平≥100mg/L和<100mg/L的患者,其M-POSSUM评分比较差异显著(P<0.001);术前及术后M-POSSUM评分与术前血浆CRP水平呈正相关(P均<0.01)。结论:围手术期M-POSSUM评分与CRP水平呈正相关,它们在预测手术风险方面具有相对一致性,在临床上应将二者结合以综合评估手术风险。Objective： To explore the relationship between perioperative period M-POSSUM scores and serum C-reactive protein levels. Methods： From January 2013 to December 2013,150 consecutive patients undergoing moderate-larger operations in Depatment of General Surgery were enrolled. Perioperative period M-POSSUM scores and serum C-reactive protein levels were measured and analyzed respectively; the Pearson Correlation analysis was performed. Results： The postoperative M-POSSUM scores and serum C-reactive protein levels compared with those of preoperative proved extremely significant（P〈0. 001）. The preoperative M-POSSUM scores between the patients with preoperative serum C-reactive protein levels≥10mg/L and〈10mg/L were very different（P〈0. 01）,then there was a quite distinction between postoperative M-POSSUM scores in patients with postoperative serum C-reactive protein levels≥100mg/L and that of those with postoperative serum C-reactive protein levels（100mg/L. In the Pearson Correlation analysis, a positive correlation was found between preoperative M-POSSUM scores and serum C-reactive protein levels as well as post- operative M-POSSUM scores and serum C-reactive protein levels （P〈0. 01）. Conclusion： Perioperative M-POSSUM scores is positively correlated with serum C-reactive protein levels, which is similar to the latter in predicting surgical risk. Therefore, M-POSSUM scores should be associated with serum C-reactive protein to evaluate surgical risk.
