世界范围对脊柱外科贡献的调查研究

摘　　要：[目的]调查全球范围在主要脊柱外科杂志发表文章的情况,分析世界各国对脊柱外科研究的贡献。[方法]利用Web of Science数据库,检索5本主要国际脊柱外科专业杂志在2005-2014年间发表的文章。统计分析世界各国发表文章的数量、文章主要产出国家的人均文章数量、影响因子、被引次数、前5个国家最受欢迎的杂志和杂志发表文章最多的前5个国家。[结果]在2005-2014年间,在这5本脊柱外科杂志共发表13 269篇文章。北美、东亚和西欧是世界上贡献脊柱外科文章数量最多的地区。高收入国家发表文章数量最多（85.42%）,其次是中等收入国家（14.58%）,而低收入国家最少（0.01%）。美国是发表脊柱外科文章数量最多的国家（36.54%）,其次是日本（10.48%）、中国（9.13%）、加拿大（4.72%）和韩国（4.71%）。此外,美国发表脊柱外科文章的总影响因子和总被引次数也是最高的。然而,按人均发表文章数量计算,瑞士则位居世界第一,其次是丹麦和荷兰。[结论]美国是世界脊柱外科领域贡献最大的国家。然而,根据人均发表文章的数量,一些小的欧洲国家的贡献更大。[Objective] To investigate the status of articles published from worldwide authors in main spine surgery journals, and to analysis the national contributions to the field of spine. [ Method ] Web of Science was used to identify articles pubhshed in the 5 main spine surgery journals from 2005 to 2014. The number of total articles from the countries, the per capita numbers of main productive countries,impact factors, citations, the journal rankings in top 5 countries and the top 5 countries in these 5 journals were analyzed. [ Result] A total number of 13 269 articles were published in the 5 main spine surgery journals between 2005 and 2014. North America, East Asia ,and West Europe were the most productive world regions. The most articles were from high - income countries （ 85.42% ）, followed by middle - income countries （ 14.58% ）, and the lower - income countries （0.01% ）. The United States published the largest number of articles （36.54%）, followed by Japan （ 10.48% ）, Chi- na （9.13%） ,Canada （4.72%） and South Korea （4.71%） ,and had the highest total impact factors and the highest total cita- tions. However, when normalized to population size, Switzerland had the highest number of articles per million populations, fol- lowed by Denmark and Netherlands. [ Conclusion ] The United States has the greatest contributions to the field of spine. Howev- er, some small European countries may have more contributions when normalized to population size.
