摘 要:以含氟丙烯酸酯类单体与大分子引发剂在催化体系作用下通过原子转移自由基聚合(ATRP)制备了ABA型含氟聚丙烯酸酯-聚醚嵌段共聚物。用红外光谱(IR)、核磁共振氢谱(1H NMR)、凝胶渗透色谱(GPC)表征了产物结构,并研究了其表面活性。结果表明,在不加乳化剂情况下,由含氟聚丙烯酸酯-聚醚嵌段共聚物可以配制出粒径低于300 nm的稳定乳液,乳液表面张力可降低至23.9 m N/m;共聚物溶于乙酸乙酯中可显著降低后者的表面张力,用量相同时,随着共聚物疏水链段增长,其降低表面张力的效果越显著。当用量为0.5%时,溶液表面张力最低可降至19.6 m N/m。ABA fluoropolyacrylate-polyether block copolymer was synthesized via atom transfer radical po- lymerization (ATRP) using fluorine-containing acrylate as monomer and macroinitiator under catalyst system. The structure of copolymers was characterized by infrared spectroscopy (IR), nuclear magnetic resonance spec- troscopy ('H NMR) and gel permeation chromatography (GPC), and its surface activity was studied. The results showed that, in the absence of an emulsifier, the fluoropolyacrylate-polyether block copolymers could self-emulsified to obtain the stable emulsion with particle size less than 300 nm, and the surface tension of the resulted emulsion reduced to 23.9 mN/m. In addition, dissolving the copolymer into ethyl acetate could sig- nificantly reduce the surface tension of the latter. With the hydrophobic segments in the copolymer increasing, the efficiency of reducing surface tension could be improved significantly. When the amount was 0.5%, the surface tension of ethyl acetate solution could be reduced to as low as 19.6 mN/m.
