摘　　要：文章将精准理念与查新工作融合,提出"精准查新"概念。"精准查新",即将精准理念灌输于整个查新过程中,主要体现在查新点精准、检索过程精准、查新结论精准。"精准查新"的理论有待进一步的实证研究。The article merges the precision idea and novelty search, and puts forward the ＂Precision Novelty Search＂. The ＂Precision Novelty Search＂ is about the whole novelty search procedure, including the novelty point, retrieval process, novelty conclusion and so on. ＂Precision Novelty Search＂ theory needs demonstration through further empirical research.
