摘 要:目的:探讨藏药镰形棘豆黄酮苷元对免疫抑制小鼠非特异性免疫功能的影响。方法:将60只昆明种小鼠随机分为6组:正常组,模型组,镰形棘豆黄酮苷元高、中、低剂量组(336、168、84 mg/kg)和盐酸左旋咪唑组(25 mg/kg),每组10只。镰形棘豆黄酮苷元高、中、低剂量组分别灌胃给予不同剂量的黄酮苷元,正常组和模型组灌服等体积5%吐温-80溶液,共10天。第8天开始,以注射环磷酰胺制备免疫低下小鼠模型,除正常组腹腔注射生理盐水外,其他各组分别腹腔注射环磷酰胺,共3天。采用巨噬细胞碳粒廓清实验、巨噬细胞吞噬鸡红细胞实验、免疫抑制小鼠器官指数的测定方法,观察镰形棘豆黄酮苷元对免疫抑制小鼠非特异性免疫功能的影响。结果:与模型组比较,镰形棘豆黄酮苷元各剂量组能有效提高免疫抑制小鼠的吞噬百分率、廓清指数(K)和吞噬系数(α),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),增加免疫器官脾脏和胸腺的器官指数,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:镰形棘豆黄酮苷元能够增强环磷酰胺所致免疫功能抑制小鼠非特异性免疫功能。Objective: To explore the influence of flavonoid glycosides extracted from Tibetan medicine LianXing JiDou (Oxytropis falcata Bunge) on nonspecific immune function of the mice with immunodepression. Methods: Sixty mice were randomized into six groups: the normal group, the control group, high, moderate and low doses groups of flavonoid glycosides extracted from LianXing JiDou (336, 168 and 84 mg/kg) and levamisole hy- drochloride group (25 mg/kg), ten mice each group. High, moderate and low doses groups of flavonoid glycosides extracted from LianXing JiDou began to accept intragastric administration of flavonoid glycosides in different doses respectively, the mice in the normal group and the model group were drenched with the same amount of 5% tween-80 solutions, for ten days. The mice models with immunodepression were prepared by injecting cyclophos- phamide since the eighth day, except the normal group received peritoneal injection of physiological saline, other groups accepted peritoneal injection of cyclophosphamide for three days. The influence of flavonoid glycosides ex- tracted from LianXing JiDou on nonspecific immune fimction of immunodepression mice was observed by adopting macrophage carbon clearance test, macrophage phagocytosis of chicken red blood cells and detecting organ indexes of immunodepression mice. Results: Compared with the model group, different doses groups of flavonoid glycosides extracted from LianXing JiDou could effectively improve phagocytic percentage, clearance rate index(K) and Phago- cytic coefficient (c~) the difference had statistical meaning (P〈0.05), increase organ indexes of the spleen and thy- mus gland, and the difference showed statistical meaning(P〈0.05). Conclusion: Flavonoid glycosides extracted from Tibetan medicine LianXing JiDou could enhance nonspecific immune function of cyclophosphamide-induced im- munodepression mice.
