摘 要:目的:观察林氏降脂方对高脂血症大鼠肾脏的影响。方法:将60只雄性SD大鼠,随机分为正常对照组、模型组、脂脉康胶囊组、林氏降脂方高(1.2962 g/m L)、中(0.6481 g/m L)、低(0.3241 g/m L)剂量组,每组10只。正常对照组普通饲料喂养,其余各组高脂乳剂联合高脂饲料喂养建立高脂血症模型并按实验方案给药,6周后,处死各组大鼠,分离血清,测总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL-C)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL-C)并取肾脏,称重,计算肾脏指数后,切片,HE染色。结果:与正常组相比,模型组TC、TG、LDL-C均显著升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),HDL-C显著降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);脂脉康胶囊组HDL-C无明显变化,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。与模型组相比较,脂脉康胶囊组及林氏降脂方高剂量组TC、TG、LDL均明显降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),HDL-C明显升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。病理切片显示,林氏降脂方能改善高脂血症大鼠肾脏瘀血。结论:林氏降脂方可改善高脂血症大鼠肾脏的病变。Objective: To observe the influence of LinShiJiangZhi prescription on the kidney of the rats with hyperlipoidemia. Methods: Sixty rats were randomized into normal control group, the model group, ZhiMaiKang capsules group, high (1.2962 g/mL), moderate (0.6481 g/mL) and low (0.3241 g/mL) doses groups of LinShiJiangZhi prescription randomly, ten rats each group. The rats in normal control group were fed with ordinary fodder, other groups were fed with high fat emulsion combined with high fat fodder to establish the model with hyperlipoidemia, they were medicated according to experimental plan and sacrificed in six weeks, the levels of total cholesterol (TC), triglyceride (TG), low density lipoprotein-cholesterol (LDL-C) and high density lipoprotein-cholesterol (HDL-C) were detected after the serum was separated, the kidney was taken out and weighed to calculate kidney index, and sliced after HE staining. Results: Compared with the control group, the levels ofTC, TG, LDL-C of the model group raised evidently (P〈0.05), the levels of HDL-C decreased clearly, and the difference had statistical meaning(P〈0.05); TG and HDL-C changed indistinctly in ZhiMaiKang capsules group, and the difference had no statistical meaning (P〉0.05). Compared with the model group, the levels of TC, TG and LDL in ZhiMaiKang capsules group and high doses group of LinShiJiangZhi prescription decreased obviously(P〈0.05), HDL-C raised obviously, and the difference showed statistical meaning(P 〈0.05). The results of pathological slices showed that LinShiJiangZhi prescription could improve blood stasis in the kidney of the rats with hyperlipoidemia. Conclusion: LinShiJiangZhi prescription could improve renal pathology of the rats with hyperlipoidemia.
