摘　　要：通过案例介绍蒋健教授运用神效瓜蒌散合橘核丸治疗乳癖疼痛的临床经验。蒋健教授认为2方联用共奏疏肝理气、化痰软坚、活血止痛之功,契合乳癖肝郁气滞、痰瘀互阻的病机特点。在临床运用时,尚需根据临床表现判断气滞、痰凝、血瘀病机之偏甚,适当加用疏肝理气、化痰散结、活血祛瘀的药物,以图增效。Professor Jiang .lion＇s clinical experience of treating breast lump pain by ShenXiao GuaLou powder combined with JuHe pills is introduced by the cases. He thinks that the combination treatment could soothe the liver and regulate Qi, eliminate phlegm and soften the hardness, activate the blood and stop the pain, which fits the pathogenesis of breast lump liver depression and Qi stagnation, phlegm-stasis obstruction. In clinical application, the herbs of soothing liver and regulating Qi, eliminating the phlegm and resolving masses should be added appropriately accoding to clinical manifestations： Qi stagnation, phlegm stagnation and blood stasis, therefore to enhance curative effects.
