京津冀协同发展背景下秦皇岛城市生态位优化研究

摘　　要：京津冀协同发展战略的有效实施,需要京津冀三地通力合作,而合作的前提是区域内各城市生态位的准确定位。秦皇岛作为京津冀地区的重要城市,找准自身的城市生态位空间,有利于实现秦皇岛与京津及本省相邻地区功能优势互补,推动京津冀协同发展战略贯彻落实,提高秦皇岛经济社会发展水平。必须树立正确的城市生态位优化理念,合理把握城市生态位优化结构,有效构建城市生态位优化机制,积极营造城市生态位优化环境,实现秦皇岛城市发展生态位在京津冀协同发展整体布局中的最优化。Effective implementation of the joint development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei （BTH） needs the full cooperation of these three districts, and the precondition of the cooperation is the exact location of urban ecological niche within this area. As the im- portant city of BTH region, Qinhuangdao should find its own urban ecological niche space, which is conductive to the real- ization of function complementary advantages between Qinhuangdao and other adjoining areas like Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei province, and is also conductive to drive the implementation of synergetic development of BTH region and improve the level of economic society of Qinhuangdao. We should set up correct conception of urban ecological niche, reasonably manage optimized structure of urban ecological niche, effectively build optimized mechanism of urban ecological niche and positively construct optimized environment of urban ecological niche to implement the optimization development of urban ecological niche of Qinhuangdao in the overall synergetic development of BTH region.
