摘  要:新型农村合作组织是农村经济市场化的产物,是实现农业商品化经营的主要途径,其在形成和发展过程中体现出了合作性和市场性的双重特征。本文在对新型农村经济合作组织的含义及性质分析的基础上,着重阐释了新型农村经济合作组织市场性特征。针对新型农村经济合作组织市场性中仅突出其合作性而忽视其市场性、失去了农村小生产和大市场链接功能、难以真正发挥其小生产与大市场之间的桥梁作用等问题,提出了应建立合作组织内部的风险共担机制,完善法律法规、营造良好的市场环境,建立起多功能、多层次、跨地域、全方位、开放型的新型农村合作经济组织体系等对策建议。New rural cooperation organization is the outcome of rural economy marketization and the main path of achieving agricul- tural commercialization and operation. It gives expression to double features of cooperation and marketability during the formation and development. On the basis of connotation and nature analysis of new rural economic cooperation organiza- tion, this paper mainly expounds the marketability features of new rural economic cooperation organization. This paper also puts forward such countermeasures as building risk sharing mechanism in cooperation organization for market operation tied by interests, perfecting the laws and regulations for a sound environment, and establishing a new rural economic coop- eration organization system that is multifunction, interdisciplinary, omnibearing and openness in allusion to such problems as only highlighting cooperation but ignoring marketability, losing the link function between rural small-scale production and large market as well as hardly giving play to function as a bridge between small-scale production and large scale in new rural economic cooperation organization.
