摘　　要：总结棉聚酰胺酯混纺牛仔织物的开发要点。介绍了经纱染色的工艺流程及工艺参数,以保证染色的均匀性;控制好浆纱工艺,避免上浆不良问题的产生;优化织造工艺,保证产品的顺利生产;后整理控制好烧毛温度与车速。总结了生产中易出现的问题和解决方法。最终使棉聚酰胺酯混纺牛仔织物顺利生产,织物质量指标较好。认为:开发的棉聚酰胺酯混纺牛仔织物是一款性能优良的新型牛仔织物。The development key points of cotton polyesteramide blended denim fabric were summarized. The processing procedure and technology parameters of warp dyeing were introduced to ensure the uniformity of dye ing. Sizing process was well controlled to avoid worse sizing problems. Weaving process was optimized to ensure the successful production. The burning temperature and running speed in finishing process were well controlled. The problems easy to happen in production and the solutions were summarized. Finally the cotton polyesteramide blended denim fabric was successfully produced with better quality indexes. It is considered that the developed cotton polyesteramide blended denim fabric is a new type of denim fabric with excellent properties.
