摘 要:研究氧化田菁胶的上浆性能。用次氯酸钠氧化降解田菁胶,对降解后的田菁胶浆液、浆膜及退浆相关性能进行测试对比。指出:次氯酸钠氧化降解得到的田菁胶浆液黏度热稳定性达到87.5%,黏着力高;与PVA205和PR-Su相比,氧化田菁胶的浆膜吸湿性和水溶性较好,退浆率较大,退浆液的BOD5/COD值为0.578。认为氧化田菁胶作为纺织浆料具有较好的环保性。Sizing properties of oxidized sesbania gum were studied. Sodium hypochlorite was used for the oxidative degradation of sesbania gum. The properties of sesbania gum size after degradation and sized film together with relative desizing properties were tested and compared. It is pointed out that the thermal stability of viscosity for sesbania gum sizing after oxidative degradation with sodium hypochlorite is up to 87.5%. And it has higher adhe sive force. Compared with PVA 205 and PR-Su, the hygroscopicity and water solubility of sized film for oxidized sesbania gum are better with higher desizing percentage. The BOD5/COD value of desizing mixture is 0. 578. It is considered that oxidized sesbania gum as textile size mixture has better environmental protection property.
