竹炭改性涤纶棉混纺织物舒适性能测试分析

摘  要:探讨竹炭改性涤纶棉混纺织物的舒适性能。测试比较了同规格的竹炭改性涤纶棉混纺织物与普通涤棉混纺织物的吸湿性、透气性、保暖性、折皱回复性和抗起毛起球性,并分析了影响舒适性的因素。结果表明:同规格的竹炭改性涤纶棉混纺织物与普通涤棉混纺织物相比,竹炭改性涤纶棉混纺织物的吸湿性、透气性、保暖性、抗起毛起球性有所提高,但其折皱回复性有所降低。认为:竹炭改性涤纶棉混纺织物具有较好的服用性能。The comfort property of bamboo charcoal modified polyester cotton blended fabric was discussed. The properties of bamboo charcoal modified polyester cotton blended fabric and common polyester cotton blended fabric with the same specification including moisture absorption,air permeability,heat retention property, wrinkle recovery performance and pilling resistance were tested and compared. The aspects affected comfort property were analyzed. The test results show that the moisture absorption,air permeability,heat retention property and pilling resistance of bamboo charcoal modified polyester cotton blended fabric are improved comparing with common pol yester cotton blended fabric with the same specifications. However, the wrinkle recovery performance is decreased. It is considered that bamboo charcoal modified polyester cotton blended fabric has better wearability and wider application prospect.
