摘 要:探讨基于FTP的ZAX9100-190型喷气织机信息化系统开发与应用。系统上层采用以太网和服务器冗余架构设计,实现了上位机系统与现场织机的物理线路连接;底层网络采用FTP协议传输数据,保证数据稳定可靠传输;数据处理系统基于WinCC平台,实时动态显示整个织造工序的相关生产信息。实际应用表明:该系统运行稳定可靠,能够实时、准确获取织造工序各种生产工艺参数,完成织造工序机台的集中监控,有效地实现了织造生产过程的监控管理。认为:织机信息化系统的开发有助于提高生产效率和管理水平。Development and application of ZAX9100 190 air-jet loom informatization system based on FTP were discussed. Ethernet and server redundant architecture design were adopted in system superstratum. The physical line connection between upper computer system and on site loom was achieved. FTP transfer protocol data was used for bottom network to ensure stable data and reliable transmission. Data processing system was based on WinCC platform. Relative production information of the whole weaving process were shown dynamically in real-time. The practical application shows that the system is run stably and reliably. It can obtain each production technology parameters of the weaving process in real-time and accurately. The centralized monitoring of the weaving processing machines is accomplished. The monitoring management of the weaving production processing is effectively achieved. It is considered that the development of informatization system of weaving frame is beneficial to improve production efficiency and management level.
